A letter was given at first hand to Paula by the priest of Cathedral Coeur somewhere in the northwest of Casablanca.

Paula, a crime investigator of the Cheshire West County had traveled to Morocco in search of a person to which the city itself believed to be a spirit hauling around various countries.

 Crime File:
A financial officer seemed too vaporized in chemical prone area to which his body couldn’t be recovered. A small group of communist in Cheshire who believes that spirit exists also believed that he was still alive but hiding.
The company was attacked by a group of mysterious soviets who raged to bombing the building down with a highly powered chemical bomb. The CEO who was involved in the bombing was arrested. But the entire cash hold could only be retrieved by one person; Mr. Edward Ray. Since the body couldn’t be recovered, there were hopes to believe that the person was still alive.

“I don’t believe in spirits or ghosts’ father”, said Paula;

after kneeling down on one leg and kissing her nose to his hand.

“You may have to believe at some point my child as one always says, the spirit doesn’t have a passport or a nationality. Once freed from this land, it can wander searching for whatever it needs”, whispered the priest to her.

Returning back to the hotel she opened the letter. The room where she had habituated was in such a state that there was barely a proper window to cross-ventilate the fresh air. Moreover, a very slow moving ceiling fan which made those squeaky noises believed that someone was occupied. As soon as she opened, the door came down crashing with masked men and women masking her face completely. Even though blind, Paula tried her best to fight back against them, but in vain was there too many men. She kept screaming but looks like nobody could help her.

Paula was thrown into the trunk of a four by four vehicle where her head got banged onto the metal frames of the back row seated and left unconscious.

“Ah! Where am I?” asking in her mind.

Rubbing her head slowly with pain she lay in a small dungeon somewhere in the deep desert of Morocco. Her hands and legs were free and seems like nobody was around to guard her as well. Paula walked a little ahead. All the rooms where she was in were really quiet. However, what she could see was strange symbols and incomplete names. Looks like the first alphabets of the names were missing apart from one of them. It didn’t feel good as her institution were getting stronger of an unnatural paranormal feeling. There weren’t any windows as the rooms were built in stones. It looked like some kind of dungeon. Walking through each room, she could see fumes of smoke getting thicker and thicker. The sacred thoughts of the priest and the inner scared feeling of a human being emerged in her vision and Paula was blacked out again with the smoke.

Opening her eyes again with a jolt, she was on her bed in the same room where she was staying in. The squeaky fan was still propelling slowly and steady.

“Ah! Where am I?” asked herself.

Rubbing her head slowly with pain; she woke up and pulled the chair. Looking at the letter it read;

To my Dearest Paula,

When you return back from the deepest hole, I want you to recollect the things you might have seen in those rooms. Each room has specific things which you will need to memorize. Your findings are coming closer.

Even though, we only have met few times, you are now in a periodic stage of enigma and you can only find the mystery man.

My first hint is Bomdila, India.

Take Care,

ree

Paula lay down on the bed with a severe headache and tried to recollect the symbols and the names. She closed her eyes and went into a deep meditation.

In the first room was:

ree

Name: Ramirez

In the second room was:

ree

Name: _sha

In the fourth was:

ree

Name: _amini

Paula immediately woke up and packed her bags to India informing her partner in Cheshire about the trip.

Few days later, she reached in Bomdila which is located in the outskirts of Assam. She was welcomed by a Buddhist of Bomdila monastery.

“I was expecting you one month ago” said the Buddhist.

“I found the letter few days ago from….” Paula collapsed and fell.

Her nose was bleeding. The Buddhist with the help of few of his brothers took her to a room under the monastery and conducted rituals. He saw smoke coming out from her ear little by little.

Smirking and continuing to chant with the others, he laid a Lotus flower on her forehead.

Opening her eyes, Paula was in a room within the monastery. Her clothes were already changed to the monk robe. “Looks like it fits perfectly well”, she thought.

She woke up from the bed and stood outside looking at the monks climbing a fleet of stairs towards the mountains.

“If you want answers to your next hint, I think you should climb the stairs with them as well”, commented the Buddhist standing beside her.

While taking the fleet of stairs, a lady spoke to her;

“My name is Asha, and once you are the top, you will get a letter. But don’t open right there. We don’t have people to bring you down”.

She steered down through the stairs.

Paula was confused. She tried to look for her, but due to the crowd and the urge rhythm of the monks of climbing the stairs, that lady vanished. There wasn’t anyone to handover the letter. It was there, right to where it belonged. The letter was specifically laid inside the shrine of the temple and could be seen with the human eye.

The shrine had a symbol. Looking closely, she realized that it was the same symbol which she had seen in the rooms in Casablanca.

Her eye-brows widened with perplex ion.

“I think I am getting close isn’t it?” spoke to herself.

She returned back to the monastery and while in the room, she placed the letter on the table. As soon as she opened the letter, her eyes were blurred with vision of paranormal spirits circling her eyes. Paula turned around and saw that the room was fading slowly. Closing her eyes abruptly for few minutes and opening back; she couldn’t feel her body. Only her eyes were in that dark space of the mythological event.

The Buddhist saw Paula lying down on the floor and her hands were moving rigorously. She was taken once again to the chanting room. Rituals began once again by the monks and placed a lotus on her forehead. Minutes later, her body wasn’t moving anymore. There was a deep flow of breath moment in her.

She woke up in the midst of the fallen night back in her room. Lighting the candle, Paula

opened the letter and it read;

To my Dearest Paula,

When you return back from the deepest hole, I want you to recollect the things you have seen. By this time, you should already have the name of the second room in Casablanca.

Even though, we only have met few times, you are now in a periodic stage of enigma and you can only find the mystery man.

My second hint is Lhasa, Tibet.

Take Care,

ree

She lay back on the bed and went into deep meditation recollecting more signs

Past the night, she took the bus to Tibet.

It was a three day long journey with almost another day of walk reaching a monastery in Lhasa; a majestic beautification of monastery in Tibet.

Completely tired and weary, she was accepted by a monk into the monastery.

Paula couldn’t understand what each of these signs meant. She woke late night and tried to resolve the puzzle. Brushing her memory and writing down what could do, in a piece of paper she wrote:

_ameez is Ramirez

_sha is Asha

_amini is???

Since there wasn’t any internet facility in any of the monastery that she was in, there wasn’t any point of firing up her laptop.

Sun rose widening her windows open. It was really cold. Winter had started and snow was falling. Opening her door, she saw a set of winter clothes and blanket well set at the door step itself. Paula was out of the monastery with the winter clothes visiting shops closer to her vicinity.

“AAAAAAAHHHH!!” screamed a voice from a distance.

Two ladies were scaring away men as they were crying out for help. Inquisitive to know the situation, Paula walked towards the ladies.

Out of nowhere, a lady from behind held Paula’s arms and stormed in the house. She was taken aback and what she saw couldn’t be forgiven by Mother Nature.

A small young girl was in so much pain after a rod was pierced on her hips.

“Poor girl! She has lost a lot of blood. I don’t think she will be able to make it” commented few ladies standing at the corner of the room.

Paula stared back at them viciously. She went out and called out for help to the men standing next to the house. Even the strongest men moved away from her.

Whilst a very elderly monk came and accepted the help; Paula looked at him and smiled. That’s when her skills struck in her head. She, asked him to arrange four ropes, three empty sacks, two pillow and lot of torn clothes.

Paula made a backpacker seat out of it and carried the wounded girl swiftly and steadily. While stepping down each and every step, she was careful not to shake the girl too much. The girl was screaming with pain that Paula had to calm her down responsibly.

“What’s your name little sweet heart?” asked Paula,

Though crying in pain she replied,

“Yamini my name”

Paula stopped immediately and said; “Say what?”

The young girl repeated her name. “Yamini”

Paula was filled with tears and took her as fast as she could to the nearest hospital. She ran back to the monastery.

She took her papers and recollected each and every scenario, she had been in

ree

1st Scenario: Kidnapped

ree

2nd Scenario: Healing

ree

3rd Scenario: Saving

Names were:

Ramirez

Asha

Yamini

She arranged the first alphabets and it was there called “R-A-Y”.

She ran to the monk meditating in one of the rooms;

“Excuse me sir”, politely and softly gestured Paula.

Monk didn’t say a word, but pointed his finger on the bell hanging along the money plant. And there was another envelope seen amongst the plant. She ran outside and asked if there was any internet café around here. She was directed to a distant house where only one house, out of the blue had the internet network. She fired up the computer and began searching for mythological figures and names. And finally there it was. The figures resembled as:

1st Scenario: Lock Up

2nd Scenario: Heal Yourself

3rd Scenario: Rescue the Dead

Paula raised both her arms up claiming for a win. She realized that it was not yet over. Just as she was searching for the remaining symbols the electricity got fused. She banged the keyboard with ultimate disappointment and left to the monastery.

Paula wasn’t ready to receive the letter again from the monks. It was late in the evening that Paula washed herself up and sat on the table to consume lentil soup served by the monks. Instead of the soup, the envelope was placed on the table. The monks who were surrounded by her had locked their eyes directly on the envelope. After a big sigh, she opened the envelop and it read;

To my Dearest Paula,

When you return back after helping someone, I want you to travel towards Scotland by following the directions of the stars that you have seen.

Even though, we have only met few times, you are now in a periodic stage of enigma and you can only find the mystery man.

Your price is waiting for you.

Take Care,

ree

Paula left the monastery immediately after supper to the last destination. It was cold and snowing. The monks didn’t stop her from leaving instead arranged a horse with a guide to ride on. She thanked them with hand gestures and left Lhasa.

While on the flight, she searched for the stars and it appeared.

ree

Refers to Venus

ree

Refers to Saturn

Paula understood that the entire game was based on an art and symbol which deals in mythology.

The direction where both the stars were pointing was towards Southwest of Scotland and the first stop the Google map showed was in Stone haven. After landing at the Edinburgh airport, she drove the car all the way to Stone haven.

Paula took a small cottage for rent and rested for the night.

Next day, she packed her a quickie and left heading towards the direction where the stars implied to. The car stopped at the edge of stone heaven and overlooking beyond was that majestic Dunnottar Castle. It was said to be the oldest castle that still stands untouched and one of the known touristic stops in Scotland.

Paula stepped out of her car and walked slowly with excitement towards the castle. Her blood was aggravating and her heart was pounding tremendously. Her forehead started sweating trying to feel the achievement she was about to conquer.

At the top of the castle was the man standing all alone. Paula was shocked widening her eyes and tears gushing out. Her body froze and instead fell on her knees and wept. The man was none other than her lost husband Mr. Edward Ray; came and knelt by her and wrapped his arms around her.

Full name: Edward Ray Occupation: Financial Officer Age: 46 Spouse: Paula Ray Children: Alex Ray and Thomas Ray
